In 2007 Rossway Dowd completed a residential development of 20 residential apartments on a 3/4 acre site that it owned. The total sales proceeds from this development was £2.3m and all sales were completed in early 2008.
Rossway Dowd undertake all of the construction duties as principal contractor and the "Lecanvey Development" is yet another example of the wide range of high quality work that the company has completed.
